⏱️ Processing Times

• All products are made to order using the personalisation you provide.

• Orders are usually completed within 24–48 hours, but please allow up to 2–3 working days during busy periods.

• If your order is urgent, contact us before purchasing and we’ll do our best to help.

 

📦 Product Format & Delivery

• All orders are digital MP4 videos — no physical items will be shipped.

• Completed videos are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.

• Can’t find it? Check your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered.

 

🖊️ Personalisation Details

• We copy and paste exactly what you submit — double-check spelling, names, and dates before sending.

• Some designs allow you to include photos, videos, or music links — you must have the right to use this content.

• We do not send previews before delivery, but if something isn’t right, we offer up to two free text edits at no cost.

 

💳 Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include taxes (if applicable).

• Full payment is required at checkout.

• Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

 

💔 Refunds & Cancellations

• Because our products are personalised and digital, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

• If we make an error, we’ll fix it promptly at no extra cost.

 

📢 Using Your Purchased Video

• Once purchased, you can share your video as many times as you like for personal use.

• Videos must not be resold, redistributed, or modified for commercial purposes without our permission.
