You will receive a paperless MP4 file which you can send to all your friends and family via social media, including, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Email.

All you need is a smart phone or computer. If you don’t have a computer, you can still download, save, or forward the design from your phone.

CHECK YOUR PROOF AND ADD YOUR CHOSEN DESIGN TO THE CART WITH THE PURCHASE CODE.
MAKE A SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT & WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR FINALISED DESIGN.

We will personalise your design and send you a proof for your approval, along with your unique purchase code within 2 - 3 working days.(usually sooner, within 24 - 48 hours) Please let us know if your request is urgent and we will try our best to help.

If there are any amendments you would like to make to the proof please contact us via email and one of our design team will contact you.

Please be aware that the text you decide upon, may alter the font size of the lettering, and adjust the layout of the design, but you will have an opportunity to see the overall appearance in the proof before you make a purchase.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

Once you are satisfied with the proof, add your chosen design to the cart then add your purchase code, here you can make a secure online payment via card or Apple Pay.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When we have received payment, we will send the MP4 design to your email address, ASAP usually within 24 - 48 hours, ready for you to forward to as many guests as you like, via social media, or email, you can also download the invitation to your smartphone or computer to use later.

We don’t recommend sending your invite via SMS as most carriers have a small file size or data capabilities, which may make the invite unreadable or blurry at the recipient’s end. If you need to send the invite via SMS please let us know and we will send you a video link which you can text to your guests.
